We have only recently joined Rezi and have found the Onboarding & Support team to be extremely helpful and patient. Rezi is very different from what we’ve been used to, yes it has been stressful, but Dafydd and Rhodri have always been there to guide us and always with a smile. I know at times I was on the phone a few times a day and never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Thank you! It has taken a while for us all to get our heads around Rezi (as it was so different from our previous CRM) but we are now using it well and any issues are sorted out via the support team.
