Just avoid...as an estate agent, we haven’t dealt with a conveyancing firm this poor in quite some time. Communication has been awful, and ever since we referred our first client, the BDM has disappeared and hasn’t checked in once. It’s a shame, as we have the potential to pass a significant amount of business their way.
