Sold our house through Kinetic, from the start Kinetic were very competitive on their charges, Mat came and did the valuation and took the photos. For some of the viewings other staff came and showed people around and their knowledge of the area was first class. For us the person who stood out was Jo. She was in constant contact with us and our buyers, she was sending weekly emails to our solicitors after updates on where they were in regards of searches and replies, she even sent emails/phoned our sellers estate agent asking them to chase things up. Thank you everyone at Kinetic John & Jeanette.
Reply from Christopher Russell: Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted you had such a positive experience with Kinetic. It’s wonderful to hear Matt, Jo and the team made the process smooth from start to finish — we’ll be sure to pass on your thanks to them.
