We’ve just bought our first home and can’t thank Jo at Kinetic enough! She always replied promptly, chased updates for us, and reassured us in the stressful moments. Genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. Ben was also great – he showed us the property and did the handover, making everything smooth from start to finish.
