"Disappointed..."

For our first meeting they never bothered to turn up even after I had to travel over two hours to get there. After listening to the excuses I decided to give them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately I was promised that they would rent out my house under a guaranteed rent scheme however even after contracts were signed they tried to change this to a managed rental contract (again, more excuses) this cost me money which I did not need to pay out. I refused and put my property up for sale with them initially, however with no real interest from potential buyers coming via Northwood I decided to go to another estate agents who sold my property in a matter of weeks. I was very disappointed with Northwood, I am sure they may respond with thousands of excuses.... excuse after excuse after excuse!!

Recent tenant under Northwood, Shaun (as manager) tried his hardest and tried to fix the problems that we had, however a combination of a hard to contact landlord and multiple administrative issues unfortunately left us with a bad taste after dealing with them (for example it took a month and a half to fix a leaking sink through the ceiling).

If I could give them a zero rating I would, Absolutely shocking service, rep was slimey and a con man As for your reply , . In your opinion ,the customer is always correct,so my review stands , you were the worst out of three to visit us and you were slimey and tried to rip us off
