As we are currently living
As we are currently living and working abroad, renting our UK property seemed the sensible thing to do, even if a little terrifying as this was new to us and we had heard/read a lot of horror stories about doing this. Along with other Letting Agents we requested a visit from Northwood to advise on the possibility of renting our property. Northwood responded in a timely manner and it was Andy who came to see us. Andy put us at ease from the off and professionally directed us through all the stages and criteria requiring our action (most of which was new to us) and explained Northwoods objectives, reassuring us all along. He was also able to offer us a Guaranteed Rent which is ideal for our situation. Before Letting we wanted various actions carried out on the property and Andy was extremely helpful providing direction and advice in all areas of concern. As we were living overseas the majority of 'Post Visit' correspondents was via email or Northwood phoning us, guiding us every step of the way. Natasha soon became a familiar name to us and not only processed our constant ignorant questions, but actioned them, replying and reassuring us on every matter to date. As a preferable, we had our own criteria for possible Tenant/s for the property and although not obligated, Northwood were able to source appropriate Tenants for the area. This is very much appreciated by us and neighbours alike. All in all Andy and Natasha have proved to be extremely patient, diligent and above all, pro-active, in all matters, continually going out of their way to assist. An extremely professional and likeable duo!

As landlords we have found
As landlords we have found Northwood to be extremely helpful and courteous. They have gone the extra mile to help us resolve a number of unexpected issues that arose at the start of the tenancy of our rental property.

Andy and Tash were really
Andy and Tash were really good! They were friendly yet professional and always there to ask for advise. Another agent suggested a higher asking price, but Andy impressed me so much with his enthusiasm and honesty, so we went with him. Tash accompanied most of the prospective buyers on viewings and kept in touch with them afterwards and kept us up to date with the outcome of visits. The people that bought our house were also very impressed with them and used them to rent out the property we sold. I can totally recommend them!

I have used Northwood in
I have used Northwood in Wellington, Telford for finding clients and managing the tenanacies. In all respects I have found them very good. They very quickly filled the 2 flats with good tenants, kept me informed as to how the tenancies were progressing and managed the payments effectively - transferring the rent less fees into my bank account promptly. They have managed change of tenancies trouble free and without significant voids. They take the hassle out of being a landlord but keep me well informed as to what is happening. I would recommend them to other Landlords in the area.

Along with other Letting Agents we requested a visit from Northwood to advise on We are on a Guaranteed Rent and are happy with the amount we are guaranteed, therefore, any money Northwood procure for rent over and above our guarantee is not our business and from our situation, is money well spent.
