Recent tenant under Northwood, Shaun (as manager) tried his hardest and tried to fix the problems that we had, however a combination of a hard to contact landlord and multiple administrative issues unfortunately left us with a bad taste after dealing with them (for example it took a month and a half to fix a leaking sink through the ceiling).

If I could give them a zero rating I would, Absolutely shocking service, rep was slimey and a con man As for your reply , . In your opinion ,the customer is always correct,so my review stands , you were the worst out of three to visit us and you were slimey and tried to rip us off
