We came to Northwood, having had a poor experience with another Letting Agency in the area. We had a problem-property and Northwood have been fantastic in helping us sort it out and getting us back on track. Whilst they can't wave a magic wand on the situation, they have been brilliant in the way they have dealt with things and, as a Landlord, have met all of my expectations in terms of the levels of professionalism, communication and organisation - all the crucial factors. I would even go further: they have exceeded my expectations in many areas. Moving from a local agent to one that operates nationally has really been an eye openeer. Having a national network means that they've got the professionalism and organisation (e.g. use of a national legal department) that really gives them an advantage. But they've still got a local focus and have been much better at communicating with us than the smaller, local agent we had been using. I must say, Tash, in particular has been excellent with us. Reading this back, I realise I sound a walking advert for them, but I have been genuinely pleased with the service and it has been streets ahead of our previous letting agent. Would recommend.

We undertook some extra work based on their opinion and it paid dividends, when the property was first advertised, there was lots of interest and within 24 hours, they had found us a tenant. They deal with every aspect of the process, efficiently. We receive regular updates and the payments are prompt. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have had a few queries for them to deal with and they have always responded promptly and efficiently. Living in Leeds and having the property in Telford, they have taken a huge weight off my mind with their professionalism and expertise in ensuring my house is looked after and there is always a tenant present.
