Absolutely brilliant experience with John Shepherd Estate & Letting Agents in Solihull & Shirley. Gemma was outstanding — she personally guided us through every stage of the paperwork so nothing was left unclear. When we had a couple of last-minute questions about the tenancy agreement, she responded the same day and sorted everything quickly. Her proactive help and clear communication made the whole process far smoother than we expected. Highly recommend Gemma and the team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
