I have rented a property managed by John shepherd Lettings for the last 6 years. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue it has been dealt with efficiently and communicated well. As my children have now flown the nest I needed to downsize, and the property I applied to rent was also with John Shepherd Lettings. Both staff members were positive, informative and responsive to any queries I raised both when viewing the property and during the referencing process.
