Had lots of problems with other estate agents before finding these guys. Used them to both buy and sell. They were honest and fair to all parties throughout and gave accurate valuations, none of the annoying properties going for 25%+ above asking prices that's so common in Sheffield that leaves you feeling cheated. We couldn’t recommend Staves enough, from start to finish they was so professional. From Rob and Matt to Bens daily work and updates on the house sale, nothing was too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10.

Great first time buying experience! Highly recommend! After hearing the horror stories of what to expect from estate agents when buying, it couldn't have been further from the truth with Staves. From searching for a property (and failing to get offers accepted) to successfully purchasing our first home; the service with Staves has always been friendly, honest and patient. Always going that extra mile e.g. offering to stay late at keys handover as we were stuck in traffic. It never felt like we were a number or commission to them, it was like speaking to a friend. I wouldn't bother going to Blundells (agent turned up to viewing hungover) and Haus (passed around from pillar to post and I'd argue they inflate the price with their sales process). I'd come straight to Staves where Ben and the team deliver a proper quality and fair service for both buyer and seller.
