Staves is a top tier estate agent, their knowledge of the market in the areas in which they operate is second to none. My main contact at Staves was Ben Willis. What can you say about Ben? Well, if I was setting up as an estate agent in Sheffield the first thing I would do is hire Ben, the second thing I would do would be to put him in charge. It is refreshing to encounter an individual who is so on top of their brief. Ben must be dealing with dozens of contracts at any one time yet you get the impression that you are the only client he is working with. You do not need to chase this agent for information, they tell you, whether the news is good or bad, and they do this in a professional and good humoured way.

Staves are affordable and professional with friendly informative staff, I enjoyed liaising with Ben throughout the process building rapport as we went along. Ben was quick to keep me updated with progress and helped manage my exuberance and expectations through a long and protracted sale.
