There are a lot of bad Estate Agents in Sheffield, but I found Staves to be different. From the get-go, I was in constant contact with Jack. He is highly personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and always eager to provide a good service and a pleasant experience. As a buyer, and not their primary client, I was still treated like a valued customer (and, I dare say, a friend in need). The same can be said for Ben, who gladly picked up Jack's workload in his absence with the same friendly approach. My solicitors found it standard practice to pretend I didn't exist, and the bank seemed to purposefully try and sabotage the sale. It felt like the Staves team were the only ones who listened and actively offered practical solutions.
