Ive been dealing with Jack Buxton whilst purchasing a buy to let property, and I can hand on heart say that Staves (in general) and Jack, is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Very responsive, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and I do feel like I'm speaking with a real person and not just a cog in a machine. We purchased our first home through Staves - we had fantastic communication throughout the bidding process and then once we had our offer accepted we hit a few bumps in the road.
