We were so pleased we chose Staves to sell our house, their superb service from the start with Rob supplying a valuation and great pictures to get us on the way. Big mention for Ben Willis who guided us through two sales (seems the typical right of passage these days is to have someone pull out from your first sale) and then more importantly pushed solicitors to get the actual conveyancing done to exchange of contracts. Even though he went on holiday he left Gail fully briefed so there were no further hold ups and then was back in touch as soon as he got back to the office - above and beyond.
