Redbrik were marketing the house we purchased. I just wanted to say all our interactions with them were helpful, supportive and professional. The move took many months, for various reasons, (none of which were the fault of Redbrik or our estate agent I must point out). Throughout this whole protracted, immensely stressful period, Tracey Gurney, Sales Manager, was a joy, constantly supportive during the many months the process eventually took. Very professional at all times, constantly providing updates and ringing others involved to a) find out what was happening and b) to provide guidance and assistance in moving the process along Tracey was always available and consistently helpful, a great 'ear' when we needed to just talk and she worked unbelievably hard throughout the whole, at times, very distressing situations we found ourselves in. All this and we were not even her clients! We will always be very grateful

Had a bit of a nightmare getting hold of landlord to resolve some issues when my rent came to an end. The property was managed by the landlord but Amy and Georgina were absolutely amazing at reassuring me and being very pro active to help and they managed to sort all my issues with the landlord. Brilliant service and if I will be moving back up north I will definitely be using this Redbrik. Thank you so much Amy & Georgina!
