THE best estate agents for selling! We have just sold a property with Redbrik and from start to finish, every member of their team and process have been absolutely fantastic. Valuation, photographer, office team to progression-every single person has been 5*, plus really personable and lovely. It takes a lot to impress us (there is so much mediocre/bad customer service out there!) but they have made the stressful experience of selling a positive experience. The whole teams attention to detail was brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication and patient. Nothing has been too much trouble. We used their Secure move and conveyancing package with Taylor&Emmet solicitors. They seem to have a good working relationship with T&E, which really helped keep the process on track. From start to finish, we completed in about 16ish weeks. A special mention to Jen who did our valuation and is lovely (who our friends are now selling with!) and Andrew in the progressions team who is absolutely worth his weight in gold and a complete asset to the Redbrik team.
