THE best estate agents for selling! We have just sold a property with Redbrik and from start to finish, every member of their team and process have been absolutely fantastic. Valuation, photographer, office team to progression-every single person has been 5*, plus really personable and lovely. It takes a lot to impress us (there is so much mediocre/bad customer service out there!) but they have made the stressful experience of selling a positive experience. The whole teams attention to detail was brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication and patient. Nothing has been too much trouble. We used their Secure move and conveyancing package with Taylor&Emmet solicitors. They seem to have a good working relationship with T&E, which really helped keep the process on track. From start to finish, we completed in about 16ish weeks. They were very professional, always at the end of a phone and if I left a message they got straight back to me. They did all the viewings of our property and this took a lot of stress out of the sale.
