Crucible Homes

After recently completing a management move to Crucible Homes from another agent, I could not be happier with the service I've received over the last 4 months. From day one, Brandon and Olivia in the lettings department have looked after my property brilliantly. They've offered great advice throughout, kept me up to date with the new changes to Renters' Rights coming up, and have managed everything seamlessly. The whole process has been smooth, organised and completely stress-free thanks to their friendliness, expertise and proactive approach. Also a special mention to Lauryn in accounts, who has been fantastic - always sending statements promptly and staying on top of rent payments. It's reassuring to know everything is handled so efficiently. Overall, Crucible are a fantastic team who genuinely care about both landlords and tenants and have made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. I would 100% recommend Crucible Homes to anyone looking for professional and reliable property management!

Working with Brendan at Crucible Lettings has been a genuinely positive experience. He takes the stress out of property management and makes everything feel straightforward and under control. Brendan is always approachable, responsive, and solution-focused. He keeps me informed, handles issues quickly, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. It’s reassuring to know my properties are being managed by someone who truly cares about both landlords and tenants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brendan to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management.

Very quick to deal with our requests, great and friendly customer service, very responsive. Would recommend 100%

Thanks Gemma, you're the best 🌟 …

All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive, helping to take stress out of a situation. Going above and beyond to help us move forward.

Thank you Gemma for all your help with valuing our home. From start to finish, your communication has been amazing and you’ve kept us informed every step of the way. We really appreciate all your support and professionalism – you’ve been fantastic. Thanks so much! Gemma and Andrew

Gemma and her crew were very helpful during the sale of our house and advised us all the way. Ruth's online photos were extremely professional and our house featured several times in their window too. Another gold star for their fixed rate sale fee so we knew exactly how much cash we would have left.

Thank you to Brandon Smith he is such a competent and proactive individual. He has been extremely helpful and provided such a great service which we are so grateful for.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from Gemma. Thank you!

Having experienced a poor service from a previous estate agent in the area, Brandon was really good, he was helpful and realistic and let us view the property at ease. Nothing was too much hassle. Thanks again for the great service from start to finish.
