I have used Crucible's letting service many times and have had no problems at all. Recently, Ruth came out to view my property, gave me advice, took photos, advertised and then found me a tenant within a week. After the application was completed, my tenants moved in and I received a copy of the tenancy agreement, statement of account and payment.
