I recommend this Estate Agents. They suggested I let my house out when the sale fell through at the last moment. This gave me the breathing space I needed a nd the financiak resources to still move home. Their letting service was excellent and they kept in regular touch. Jab (Manager) is very honest with his valuations/fees and runs a very happy office. Danica gets loads of positive mentions in previous reviews and there's a reason for this - she's damned good at her job and is always positive with buyers and sellers alike. A big thanks to Gary and Emma too who are always very helpful/friendly and do a great job keeping customers informed. Not as cheap as Purplebricks but if you want excellent service by a local estate agent who care about their customers Crucible are the number one choice!

After a bitter experience with my past estate agents I was a bit skeptic about dealings with estate agents but Crucible proved me wrong. From viewing with the bubbly Abby to management of the property by Dawn Johnson, Dawn watts, Michelle and Emma. Any issues with the property were addressed quickly and they would always check back with you if everything is working okay. I was overly impressed with their pricing as most agencies now charge ridiculous amount before move in but they only charged what was necessary making it easier for me to pay off all charges. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants peace of mind with renting, purchase or selling, you won t regret it.

We called crucible to value our home as we were thinking of selling. We spoke with Emma who was very helpful and professional. When they came to complete the valuation they were friendly and knowledgeable, also no pressure which was important to me. We have decided not sell just yet but wouldn't hesitate to use Crucible when we do.
