True to his word he arranged all the marketting photographs and viewings. We have been constantly consulted, kept informed and it has been a very positive experience. Paul was great in facilitating our viewing needs. He even contacted us asking if we wanted attend earlier than the online availability shown. When viewing the property, Paul was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area and the house. He also respected us as viewers, in allowing us space and time to take in the house without him being on our shoulder. Paul maintained a good level of contact post viewing but wasn't pushy. When my partner and I decided to put a bid in, which was thankfully accepted, Paul was thorough in explaining the process from now, since we're first time buyers and did so in a way easy to understand.

The viewing was very relaxed and I was allowed time to look round on my own as well, with my daughter. Paul is fantastic. We had 5 estate agents round and he by far impressed us the most, he is sincere, honest and genuine. He was proactive following up and did thorough research before our appointment too. He has been so communicative throughout the process of selling our home. He works closely with a professional photographer who did a lovely job with our pictures. The add he did for us on each selling site was great and thoroughly thought out.
