Paul was very helpful, at the beginning of the process had potential buyers, which sped up the process, the quality of the photos used were excellent again Paul's eye for detail having a good photographer. Good advice and taking the time to listen to our concerns during the whole process, having never sold a house before Paul's guidance of the process was invaluable. Not at the top of Estate Agents out of a very long list, but well positioned which convinced us that Paul will get the best price not just a quick sale, positioning the property at the best price, have potential buyers who are well vetted, no time wasters. Very much a people person, friendly, professional. Strongly recommend Paul's service if you want the best results. PS Pauls little guide book is a great read, I am sure for the more experienced house sellers it would be a good thing.

Highly recommended- Paul was very communicative after our enquiry, kept us informed and responded very quickly to make arrangements.
