Paul was exceptional throughout the process of purchasing my first home. He was approachable and answered all my questions around the home and was quick to answer any messages and phone calls. He kept me up to date throughout the process and I am pleased to have had him as the estate agent.

Paul was very helpful, at the beginning of the process had potential buyers, which sped up the process, the quality of the photos used were excellent again Paul's eye for detail having a good photographer. Good advice and taking the time to listen to our concerns during the whole process, having never sold a house before Paul's guidance of the process was invaluable. Not at the top of Estate Agents out of a very long list, but well positioned which convinced us that Paul will get the best price not just a quick sale, positioning the property at the best price, have potential buyers who are well vetted, no time wasters.
