Had great service experience from DDM Residential Scunthorpe. I was updated regularly regarding the sale progress and was informed whenever items needed chasing up or checking out. Recommended.
Excellent and very helpfull
Very good. I had no problems at all. They where very helpful when we needed them to be. They always communicated well with us and kept us up-to-date with any information and was very reliable and quick to get stuff sorted. Would highly recommend ddm. And I would deffinatly use them in the future if needed.
We recently sold our house using DDM estate agents and also bought a property that was on the market with DDM! Great communication, friendly agents and great advice from start to finish! Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of selling your house!
Marie was really enthusiastic - maybe a bit too enthusiastic about the price she could get for my house. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the rest of the service. I was told that it was preferable for DDM to show prospective buyers round, but I ended up doing the majority of the viewings. I did not get find back unless I asked about the couple of viewings they did manage to do. The lovely couple who did finally buy my house had sold their house through DDM, but DDM did not promote my house to them and only heard about it at the last minute. Really would not recommend DDM.
This company doesn't rent houses to persons, it rents landlords properties.
Bit of a disappointment! Advert read vacant, only to find on the viewing it had long term tenants, there's also a 3rd party AML check which was £25 suddenly gone up to £30 overnight! The property had been on the market for 11 months , as soon I'd made an offer they had higher offers, very strange indeed. DDM please be honest with your buyers .
