Marie was really enthusiastic - maybe a bit too enthusiastic about the price she could get for my house. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the rest of the service. I was told that it was preferable for DDM to show prospective buyers round, but I ended up doing the majority of the viewings. I did not get find back unless I asked about the couple of viewings they did manage to do. The lovely couple who did finally buy my house had sold their house through DDM, but DDM did not promote my house to them and only heard about it at the last minute. Really would not recommend DDM.
Reply from DDM Residential Scunthorpe: Hi Ruth,
Thank you for your review and for choosing DDM Residential to sell your property.
We always aim to price homes accurately and in line with our clients' individual circumstances. Having successfully sold many properties in your area, we were confident and enthusiastic about your home from the outset. Shortly after launching your property, another home on the same street came to market at a slightly more competitive price, which prompted the need to adjust yours to maintain buyer interest. Once this change was made, we were pleased that our sales team was able to negotiate the full asking price for you.
We do appreciate your comments regarding viewing feedback. While we make every effort to obtain and pass on feedback from all viewers, there are occasions when some do not provide any, despite our follow-up attempts.
We value your feedback and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our service. Thank you once again for allowing us to assist you with your move.
