I can’t thank Shauna and the team at DDM Residential enough for making the whole selling process so painless; honestly, I expected a lot more stress and a lot more paperwork to be lost in the post! From day one, Shauna was not only super professional but also genuinely lovely to deal with. She made sure my property was marketed perfectly (no awkward angles or weird lighting!), and I always knew what was going on, thanks to her regular updates after every viewing. Even when it came to the dreaded conveyancing, Shauna made sure everything ticked along smoothly, no stress, no delays, just a lot of phone calls and emails flying around behind the scenes. If you’re looking to sell without pulling your hair out, I couldn’t recommend DDM Residential more. They really made the whole thing feel almost... enjoyable!

I asked advice from a friend who still lived in the area regarding which estate agent to use for the sale of a property that had been in our family for sixty years. I had heard anecdotes of friends and acquaintances having had a good experience with DDM, so I opted for them. I'd have to say that the experience was excellent from start to finish. Craig was knowledgeable and on point regarding the market, what price to pitch the property at, and general advice regarding selling. The presentation of the property was excellent with drone shots, photos of each room that did justice to the place; and lastly, but not leastly, there were several appointments for viewings and reviewing. We obtained the sale at the price we wanted within a short period of time. The sale of this property was a huge emotional wrench,given its history, so placing in in the right hands was very important. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I can't thank them enough - they took great care of me all the way through; from the first appointment with Marie, when her clear, enthusiastic, and thorough explanation of the process was so reassuring; to Shauna's help throughout viewings until completion day, when she was always there to answer any questions I had. Not forgetting the rest of the team who all do a brilliant job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they all made what could have been a very stressful experience totally smooth sailing.

DDM Residential sold my house before it hit the market, before the photos were even taken!! Sadly the chain collapsed which was rather stressful, but Marie was prepared with marketing and photos ready to go, once online available for sale we had approx 24 viewings in two weeks, and we're back sold subject to contract.
