DDM Residential sold my house before it hit the market, before the photos were even taken!! Sadly the chain collapsed which was rather stressful, but Marie was prepared with marketing and photos ready to go, once online available for sale we had approx 24 viewings in two weeks, and we're back sold subject to contract.
