I asked advice from a friend who still lived in the area regarding which estate agent to use for the sale of a property that had been in our family for sixty years. I had heard anecdotes of friends and acquaintances having had a good experience with DDM, so I opted for them. I'd have to say that the experience was excellent from start to finish. Craig was knowledgeable and on point regarding the market, what price to pitch the property at, and general advice regarding selling. The presentation of the property was excellent with drone shots, photos of each room that did justice to the place; and lastly, but not leastly, there were several appointments for viewings and reviewing. We obtained the sale at the price we wanted within a short period of time. The sale of this property was a huge emotional wrench,given its history, so placing in in the right hands was very important. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
