DDM Residential Scunthorpe

Having just sold my house using DDM I found them to be professional, efficient and helpful at all times. The team of Fiona, Marie and Shauna were Excellent, always willing to help and explain things, and always with a smile. Communication was really good ( have had problems in past with agents not answering phones) these guys were always up to date and on the ball, and always answered the phone! I would definitely recommend this agent, good at there job and just nice helpful people.

We worked with Marie to purchase our first home and had an amazing experience, we couldn’t be happier. Her knowledge of the market was invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was punctual and incredibly responsive to our queries. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Marie was incredibly patient and understanding, she took her time to explain everything in detail and was always available whenever we needed her. She found us the perfect home, we would highly recommend. A big thank you to Kate and Shauna who also worked with us throughout the process, both understanding and patient with us along the way.

I remember when I was searching for a house and I stumbled on DDM but a friend kept on recommending another agency. I am glad I went with my gut feeling as it turned out this amazing team were all I needed in getting a roof on my head. They are a transparent, helpful and friendly team with no dull moments each time I visit their office. I can boldly say DDM residential is the best letting agency in the community including when looking to buy or sell a house. I strongly recommend them any day any time 💯 What an amazing bunch😁🙌🔥

When I decided to sell my house, I initially received several quotes from different estate agents. DDM were so polite, accommodating and good value for money so I chose them and was not disappointed. I do not live locally so logistically it made the sale a little more complicated but the team were fantastic, easy to get hold of, provided me with regular updates and advice. Totally recommend their services for anyone wanting to sell their house.

Recently moved home and chose DDM Residential as our agent. We cannot fault them. From the amazing photos and video Marie took to the service of the whole team at the Scunthorpe branch we have not one complaint. They always returned calls and answered any questions quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend DDM to anyone thinking of moving. With DDMs hard work out move went through without a hitch in just nine weeks. Well done DDM.
