Very poor customer service. booked viewings with them for three properties on a same day... they rung last minute and changed the whole schedule without any hesitation as our time doesn't matter. Go to EA Ben cade as they are by far the best in Scunthorpe. Avoid DDM...
Reply from DDM Residential Scunthorpe: Thank you for taking the time to write this review Bilal. Your experience is definitely not what we expect to deliver to customers. Believe it or not, I'm writing this response 3 years later (Jan 2024) as the new MD of DDM and I would like to think, given our recent reviews, that our service levels have massively improved.
