My partner rents from DDM but as she is autistic and adhd I help out a lot with admin for her, whilst everyone in the office is lovely and helpful, i cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful Gemma is with her. Gemma consistently has always been patient and kind to my partner and always takes extra time to make sure everything is explained properly to her and that my partner feels comfortable and safe. Knowing that she has support from ddm and Gemma, for the times I can't help, makes such a huge difference to both of us, and she has shown up for us consistently for over 2 years now and we are incredibly grateful. (Both of us agree she definitely deserves a raise!)
