We recently purchased our new home through DDM Scunthorpe and were extremely pleased with the service we received. While every member of the team we spoke to was helpful, we would particularly like to thank Shauna for her outstanding support throughout the entire process. From our very first viewing right through to completion, Shauna was consistently professional, approachable, and efficient. Her clear communication and prompt updates helped to keep us informed and reassured at every stage. We were in the unique position of buying and selling through two different DDM branches, and Shauna’s excellent coordination with the other branch played a key role in making the transaction as smooth as possible. Her efforts made what could have been a complex process feel straightforward and well managed. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received from DDM and delighted with our new home. We would not hesitate to recommend DDM Scunthorpe to others and truly appreciate everything Shauna and the team did to help us move.
