Intercounty - Sawbridgeworth

Found ourselves in a mess when a leak in our apartment caused damage to the below apartment. I was contact by Olivia Property Manager who explained the issues to us. It was so reassuring in her mail she wrote "Please leave this with me and I will get this resolved for you." True to her word Olivia has sorted it! We have been with Intercounty since purchasing the property and have been fortunate to have such excellent representatives. Olivia is a true representative Intercounty services and we are so fortunate to have her as our representative now and going forward.

Really good , Millie was so nice to deal with , helpful, polite & very informed over the phone , great experience & meeting Aaron he was also very good & explained all my wife & I needed to know many thanks to both Aaron & Millie really good to meet them both at the office , Kind Regards Dawn & Steve Doyland

I’ve been renting one of my properties via Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth for a number of years now and the service (and advice) has always been excellent. Long-standing tenants recently moved out and a new tenant was found in a matter of days. We took the opportunity to undertake some maintenance works on the property in the break in tenancy and from the checkout process of the old tenants moving out to the new tenant moving in we were kept updated every step of the way with really clear and transparent communication and updates. Neve, Alex and Olivia are all are amazing, as is everyone else working there. I can’t recommend Intercounty and all the team there enough.

We sold our house through Intercounty and cannot praise Sam enough, he is an absolute credit to the company! There were a few bumps along the way but everything was dealt with quickly by either Sam or Aaron. Would definitely not hesitate to use them again.
