Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. My situation was particularly challenging due to an acrimonious divorce, but Aaron from Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth—and his fantastic team—handled the sale of my home with a level of dedication, care, and commitment I didn’t think was possible in this field. When the initial sale fell through due to the buyers, they sprang into action immediately. By the weekend, I had three new offers, and within two months, the house was sold! If you live in an area where Intercounty operates, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.
