Found ourselves in a mess when a leak in our apartment caused damage to the below apartment. I was contact by Olivia Property Manager who explained the issues to us. I’ve been renting one of my properties via Intercounty in Sawbridgeworth for a number of years now and the service (and advice) has always been excellent. Long-standing tenants recently moved out and a new tenant was found in a matter of days. We took the opportunity to undertake some maintenance works on the property in the break in tenancy and from the checkout process of the old tenants moving out to the new tenant moving in we were kept updated every step of the way with really clear and transparent communication and updates. Neve, Alex and Olivia are all are amazing, as is everyone else working there. I can’t recommend Intercounty and all the team there enough.
