I am very disappointed with my dealings with this agency. I rented a house and the repairs agreed to be done before moving were not done. The property was not cleaned i had to start cleaning once i moved. The bathrooms still had hair inside the showers!!!
Many "deals" expired so after spending time to find a good property and calling to the agency I was told it's not on the market anymore. I used it for 2 months as it was waste of time. Than renewal email went to SPAM and after being charged for new year I called them straight away that I would like to cancel this because this is something I am not using - they said NO and I have to pay for the full year. I offered weekly payment or monthly but said NO. No goodwill from their side. :-(

*** BE AWARE *** I’m absolutely shocked from the service I received from this company as I have tried to call them for three days. Expecting a call back and no one bothered to call back and once finally got through to the person I needed to speak to I was told the site is under offer, which clearly means they were prioritising a client which they want to sell it to and putting away other potential buyers or I should say not even getting back to them. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW DISHONEST THIS COMPANY IS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY KIND OF DEALINGS. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!
