Intercounty - Sawbridgeworth

Excellent service, very knowledgeable in particular Dan Hawkey

Many thanks to William he is professional and helpful.

Marion and the team have gone above and beyond throughout the marketing and legal process almost ready to exchange. I can't recommend this company high enough. 5 Star.

We were promised a sale and Marion delivered. Professional and pushed and chased when needed. Would defiantly recommend this agency.

I was impressed by how Marion and Sarah persisted in getting the right buyer during a tough time in what was a difficult property to sell , but they got me there in the end , thankyou.

My purchase was through intercounty in Sawbridgeworth. It has been a very smooth transaction with Marion in particular ensuring it was driven in time to meet the stamp duty cut off. In all a very stress free experience.

I recently sold my house in Sawbridgeworth, and it was a transaction that was slightly more complicated than usual. Marion and Sarah went beyond the call of duty for me at every turn and helped to alleviate the stressful nature of the process. I can’t thank this extremely professional, considerate and communicative team enough.

Intercounty were superstars in getting our house move completed. We wanted to complete our sale so that we could purchase our new home before the stamp duty holiday ended and they succeeded. They were professional throughout, gave us constant updates and would definitely recommend them.

I’m very happy with the way I was treated, there was always someone to help me and answer any of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

A very big thanks to the Sawbridgeworth team who provided excellent service throughout. The team were pro-active and kept on top of all matters throughout the purchase process. I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you and well done.
