Jess Tillotson has been extremely helpful with managing my property recently and helping to rectify various remedial issues to get the property back into a good state after the last tenancy ended .Jess is always contactable and willing to assist with all maintenance issues . Been a Tennant for over 4 years and the new property manager is great ,nothings a problem he’s sorted out security of the building I live in and any maintenance issues are never a problem would highly recommend Martin and Co to let from. Huge thank you to Ian , Caroline and all team.

Martin & co Saltaire sold a property for us. The valuation was done quickly and on the market within days. Martin & co kept us informed of proceedings every step of the way and frequently too. Our email enquiries were always answered very quickly and they answered the phone every time we rang. They dealt with issues from ourselves and the buyer rapidly, liasing between us. They have a friendly, proffesional team whom I highly recommend. They also gave us a couple of options for our solicitor who has been great too. RL
