Highly recommend Martin & Co! It has been so stressful moving house but Kat has been amazing!! Thank you so much Kat for being so helpful and friendly whenever we needed support with chasing solicitors to get the process moving. Also thank you to Hannah who was also really supportive and actively chased third parties for us.

Tenancy in Cullingworth

I rented my house for over 5 years. Martin & Co were always excellent in communicating and attending to any issues that I might have had. In particular, Denise, who looked after my tenancy throughout, was superb. Always quick to react to my questions and answered efficiently and diligently. It was a shame that I moved on but sometimes we can't miss a nice opportunity. Thank you Denise.

Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thanks Paul, that's a great review to read. I'm pleased to hear that you found the service from the team to be of such a high standard & in particular from Denise. Thanks again. Gary

I am a long standing tenant with Martin &co, the service that is given is above and beyond and this is mostly down to my agent ANGELA Nichols. She is always at hand when needed and always goes out of her way to get any maintenance or works done.

Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thanks for your review Nichola & for recognising the great job that Angela does for our tenants. Gary

I've worked all my life but ran into difficulties when I got long COVID and was struggling to pay my rent, I was put into contact with agent Carline Dyson who was so sympathetic and has and still is helping me through the bad patch I'm going through, she has been a true guiding light and owe her so much, she is a credit to Martin and co
