I cannot fault Mark throughout the sale of my house. After being on the market 48 hours initially he’d had it sold - the write up and photos and videos that he’d taken were so professional and really showed my home off in its best form. Mark completed all of the viewings of my home meaning I very rarely had to be at the property as I’d already vacated it. The approach was much more personable and above and beyond what you’d expect from typical estate agent. Sadly the sale fell through and Mark was nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the re-sale and was always very responsive to any queries I had along the way. I’d definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell their property and would 100% use him again if I ever needed to.

What can I say about Mark that hasn't already been said? Not only is he a really nice genuine guy, he's damn good at his job. My house looked gorgeous on the photos and sold within a day. Mark was always on hand to answer my many questions and always returned calls. Nothing was a problem for him and he worked tiresly behind the scenes nudging things along. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have completed before the stamp duty deadline. I've used other agents in the past and they don't come close. I'm so pleased we used Mark and i would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Mark and Julie went over and above for us when selling our house.
