Jess Tillotson at Martin & Co has been a fantastic property Manager from the beginning of the tenancy right the way through and beyond. If ever I have had a problem with a property or finances, she has taken ownership to help me get a resolution. She always goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have used Martin and co for several years as a BTL agent and recently for a property sale. Sad a letting agent I found the staff universally helpful and considerate. Everyone seems to know and understand the business and were both helpful when I needed help and wise when I needed information. All in all they calmly smoothed 20 years of troubled waters and made being a landlord far more tolerable. During the recent sale they were united as a team, all were kind, helpful, experienced and above all they were available. Early on they generated a lot of interest and even managed to get offers over the asking price. The sale went through successfully and the asking price was paid. I can recommend Martin and Co from my own experience.
