Jess is very helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Jess for a few years now and she is always very approachable and friendly. She is also very reliable and prompt getting back to me whenever I have any issues. Similarly, she works hard on the tenants' behalf to make sure all is in order and safe for them. I received excellent service from Martin & Co Saltaire office recently when selling a property through them. Their director Gary met me initially and gave me the best market appraisal on the property compared to two other local estate agents. Dario took excellent photos to show the property. I dealt with Kathryn for the sale of the house and she was an excellent communicator and helped me with any queries I had. Everything went smoothly and the team are utmost professionals.
