Very welcoming and most of all even though I was late with a newborn Jodie was not dismissive but rather welcoming to me and my baby with a bottle in hand and answered all my questions. If only other agents were like Jodie as I previously hated dealing with agents as none before Jodie were helpful and were just rude and arrogant. And this was making the house search more difficult but Jodie has made me smile. All agents take her approach will make buyers at ease

Alex from MS has been particularly helpful over the past few days (he’s always helpful and efficient by the way), but as a landlord, I find the admin is always tedious. Alex stepped up and sourced all the information that I needed and delivered the next working day !
