Jodie from the Estate Agents was very kind and helpful throughout our viewing. She showed us around the property and took the time to give us a few thoughtful ideas about how we could arrange our furniture in the space. Her friendly attitude and helpful suggestions made the experience much more enjoyable.

We recently purchased a house from Martin and Co and dealt with Kathryn Pearson at the office. Kathryn was excellent - the communication was very good which helped enormously as our solicitor was extremely slow to respond. Kathryn kept us in the loop at all times, chased sellers and solicitors on our behalf and was pleasant and helpful throughout. We would highly recommend these estate agents!

I have rented accommodation through Martin & co for 3 years. Anytime there was a issue, Iain was proactive and would fix it immediately. Communication was fast and excellent. Fast forward 3 years and Heaven took over as my account manager. Again, sorting the end of my tenancy was seamless and fluent. I just await the final inspection before vacating. I am sure all will be well. Defo recommend this agency if you favour proactivity, fast communication and a friendly team!

Denise has been our main contact at Martin and Co for the last 2.5 years. Denise is easily contactable, proactive and any issues are dealt with promptly and updates are provided regularly. We have now moved out of our rental property. Denise explained the whole process to us and made it very easy for us. We will miss Denise!
