Carol has helped to let out our properties in Saltaire for over 10 years now and she is always able to let them quickly as well as give good advice on what repairs or updates we may need to do to facilitate the letting. She is excellent at her job as are her other colleagues who help to support the ongoing management of our properties including Hannah who has worked tirelessly over the past year or so in dealing with maintenance issues and following up with neighbours and contractors. They make an excellent team and highly recommend them.

Denise is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She keeps us fully informed at all times and liaises with our tenants and us in Professional manner. As multiple property landlords we simply could not manage without her. She is a credit to the letting industry and to Martin and Co in particular.

We've had a fantastic experience renting through Marin & Co Saltaire for the past two years. Any minor issues, like a small leak or a dishwasher replacement, were handled quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Our main contact, Jess, has been an absolute pleasure—always helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. Everything was clear and straightforward, and our landlords were fair and reasonable too.
