Just want to firstly say, wow. I can not thank Victoria anymore if I tried. She went above and beyond to help me through one of the most difficult times I've ever had to face. She was constantly in contact, always gave the right information and actually supported us when liaising with other organizations. Absolutely 10/10 service!

I've used Martin & Co for over 26 years now and when ever I have any issues they aim to try to resolve them as quickly as possible and keep me in the loop at all stages! My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Martin & Co managing my property. Both Caroline Dyson and Victoria White keep me constantly updated about my property and tenant.
