No contact throughout coronavirus, no sold sign even though we sold it on day one and did not do as requested and allow others to view in case buyers dropped out, so no second option. My experience with Northwood Sale was very unpleasant, particularly with the director of the business, *. He is very abusive and uses a number of bullying tactics; such as serving faulty eviction orders to turning up to your property unannounced. * always aggressive and often offensive, he consistently displayed highly inappropriate conduct. All of the repairs reported were not dealt with in a timely manner or left for long periods of time. The customer service team were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Little midget on a power trip.

They failed to turn up to the house viewing we'd arranged and failed to contact me with an explanation as to why they'd wasted my time. I won't be booking any further viewings with them and wouldn't recommend selling a house with them based on this experience.

Moved house dozens of times, these guys are the worst Ive ever dealt with by far! Loads of unnecessary costs, never there when you need them, polite when you go in and sign / take your money but all down hill from there. Never again!!!!
