My experience with Northwood Sale was very unpleasant, particularly with the director of the business, *. He is very abusive and uses a number of bullying tactics; such as serving faulty eviction orders to turning up to your property unannounced. * always aggressive and often offensive, he consistently displayed highly inappropriate conduct. All of the repairs reported were not dealt with in a timely manner or left for long periods of time. The customer service team were rude, unhelpful and dismissive.
