I bought my property at Honicombe, with Paul as the agent acting on behalf of Wainwrights. Paul is the ideal person for selling Honicombe properties as he managed the site for many years and has first hand experience of all the site's little quirks. I was actually looking for a different lodge advertised with another agent when I contacted Paul and it so happened he had just taken on the first property due to a lack of response by the original agent. Paul has kept in touch with myself and the vendor throughout the lengthy, bumpy, 5-month process (not Wainwrights fault) and kept the vendor on track when they threatened to pull out on more than one occasion. He has phoned and emailed regularly, chivvied up solicitors and kept on the pressure to get the desired result. I would happily buy another Honicombe property through Paul, and hope to see him on site when I can pick his brains about more Honicombe quirks.!
