Our experience with Lawrance and Rand started off on a very disappointing note. One of their staff members, Mr. Graham, was extremely rude and dismissive. As tenants, we were made to feel like we didn’t matter, and it was clear he had no interest in helping us or addressing our concerns. His attitude made the entire renting experience unnecessarily stressful in the beginning. However, everything changed when after Ms Laura, Ms. Sarah took over the management of our flat.
